Access rights are automatically transferred or validated to the employee’s transponder via access-on-card with every time booking at an ISGUS time recording terminal.
Access rights for new employees in a organisation unit are proposed by the inheritance principle. The digital locking plan gives an overview of the date history of timely and roomly access rights and enables a daily updated preliminary planning. Every daily change is displayed transparently and audit-proof.
