The electronic locking plan defines, among other thing, which employees are authorised to open certain doors or who is allowed to pass certain building areas. Temporary changes can be stored directly and easily.
The Access Control center forwards any alarm events directly to your alarm management system and the security control center. In the event of an emergency opening, tampering, a door left open, or the entry of a panic PIN, your security and building management teams are immediately notified via text message. With the ZEUS® Security Monitor, these events are also visualized in real time. Security personnel maintain a centralized overview of all access activity, door statuses, and alarm notifications and can respond quickly in an emergency.
If vandalism-proof robust devices for outdoor mounting, design-orientated access readers for indoor use or discrete access readers adapted to the appearance of existing light switches. The ISGUS portfolio have for every structural situation the right access reader available. In some cases, existing doors can’t be cabled directly with the Access Control Manager. Either structural conditions do not allow it, or the cabling would be too complex. Here, a combination of access readers and digital locking units, for example SmartHandles or corresponding locking cylinders, represents an optimal and secure solution. With ZEUS® keyless, access permissions can also be conveniently managed via a smartphone or digital ID cards. Access rights for offline lock cylinders are automatically transferred to or validated on your transponders each time you clock in via Access-on-card.
Access rights for new employees in a organisation unit are proposed by the inheritance principle. The digital locking plan gives an overview of the date history of timely and roomly access rights and enables a daily updated preliminary planning. Every daily change is displayed transparently and audit-proof.
