Especially with a view to the requirements coming into effect in 2027, moving to the cloud is particularly attractive for existing ISGUS customers. With the expiry of the transitional provisions of the German Contributions Procedure Regulation (BVV), payroll and remuneration records must generally be maintained digitally and made available electronically for audits from 1 January 2027. In combination with ZEUS® HR Management and the digital personnel file, you can create the foundation for managing employee and remuneration records in a structured and digital way while continuing to modernise your HR processes.
The transition from on premise to the ISGUS Cloud does not require a complete restart of your existing system landscape. Your fully configured ZEUS® database is converted for migration, neutralised with regard to data security and transferred to the ISGUS data centre together with your current data. Your existing structures and data remain intact. The transition has only a minimal impact on ongoing operations: the actual interruption of your on premise system lasts no more than half a day. During this time, time and production data can continue to be recorded without restrictions at your ISGUS terminals and/or via ZEUS® mobile. Your Access Control system also remains fully operational throughout.
With ZEUS® Cloud-Entry, the transition from on-premise to the ISGUS Cloud is therefore simple and straightforward, without giving up your existing ZEUS® system and while preparing for the increasing requirements for digital employee and payroll records from 2027 onwards. This allows you to protect your existing investments while creating a future-proof foundation.
