Various methods are available for a causal distribution of everything from attendance times to cost centres, projects, products and services:

• A cost centre, cost unit, project or activity can be recorded via ISGUS terminals or mobile with the ISGUS app ZEUS^® mobile.
• Worked hours can be automatically allocated to different cost centres based on percentages or on absolute value.
• The system proposes hours worked that are distributed manually to cost centres regarding products, projects or activities.

In practice, these 3 methods often complement each other. Thus, the accounting department receives up-to-date and reliable figures with minimal effort. Data collected within the Job Costing module are available for analysis and further processing for accounting / controlling solutions.
