Measles protection: proof instead of paperwork

The German Measles Protection Act is particularly relevant for healthcare facilities. The statutory obligation to provide proof has been in force since March 1, 2020. As a general rule, people born after 1970 who work in healthcare facilities covered by the legislation must provide proof of sufficient measles protection, immunity or a medical contraindication.

For HR departments, this primarily means one thing: records must be available, easy to find and documented in the right context.
