This year, we participated as an active cooperation partner at the HR Campus Mitteldeutschland, helping to shape this two-day event dedicated to the sustainable evolution of HR practices. The HR Campus is renowned for exploring new avenues and driving genuine change to make companies more human-centric, successful, and future-proof.
On the first day of the event, ISGUS hosted a live session titled "New Work doesn't mean no work," which was met with great enthusiasm by the attendees. This session offered stimulating concepts and fresh perspectives on how time can serve as a mirror for leadership and collaboration, which daily workflows actually generate energy, and what small adjustments can lead to greater focus and ease.
The key themes of this year's HR Campus included New Leadership, New Work, corporate culture, recruiting and employer branding, digital transformation and AI, as well as tools, trends, and innovation. As a partner for innovative and sophisticated software solutions in the fields of HR Management, digital Time and Attendance, and Staff Scheduling, ISGUS was able to demonstrate how its ALL-IN-ONE solution ZEUS®, contributes significantly to both corporate success and employee satisfaction.
