The procedure of the wage import data service not only simplifies the transmission of data between the companies as clients of DATEV, their tax consultants and DATEV itself enormously, but above all it makes the transport of data, which is almost always sensitive personal data, much more secure .
ZEUS® Workforce Management now offers the possibility, for example, of sending the data from the monthly time sheet with working times, overtime hours, bonuses as well as sick days and vacation days of all employees to the DATEV Cloud with a click. This is done using an authentication procedure specified by DATEV (2-factor authentication), with which the tax consultant can also access his client's data before the payroll accounting finally takes place in the DATEV data center.
