It is law: since 01.01.2023 the electronic certificate of incapacity for work (eAU) is mandatory for all employers! Health insurance companies now transmit the AU data electronically to the employer. It is important to note that the transfer of sensitive data may only be transmitted to the HR department via a custom-fit digital interface. This requires certified software such as ZEUS®. With ZEUS® Workforce Management from ISGUS, we provide you with a reliable and smooth process with the handling of the eAU. Our ZEUS® Reporting supports you incidentally for the creation of overviews: For which employee an eAU has been retrieved, from whom the eAU has been received and is still pending, and whether a change to a certificate has been received, if applicable.
