ZEUS® mobile is an online solution. As soon as the connection to the server is interrupted, all recorded bookings are stored on the mobile device. For offline requests, previous day results are displayed. During the next synchronisation the bookings are transfered to the host and offline request data are updated.
Only Cloud customers in the ISGUS data centre have a permanent online connection to their host available! Users of a local solution need a public IP address with certificate or a VPN tunnel for an online connection.
When employees are absent at short notice due to illness or appointments, even an optimally planned shift can quickly end in chaos. Especially if the employees who could replace them are not available. ZEUS® mobile offers an intelligent, flexible solution.
