The staffing detail display provides the user with a mouse click all information about employees who are scheduled for a shift in question or in other shifts, are not on duty, are available in the reserve pool or are on an absence. The planner therefore receives a list of suggestions that he can use to immediately locate replacement staff and address them directly in the event of a sudden bottleneck in order to compensate for the staff shortage that has occurred.

The occupation detail display in ZEUS® eXperience suggests suitable substitutes in order to be able to react quickly and correctly in the event of bottlenecks.

The informed employees can accept or reject the offer interactively. The planner can fill the shift transparently for everyone and without any further effort through telephone calls, queries, etc.

DIGITAL SHIFT SWAP

If necessary, the employees themselves can also offer their early, normal or late shift to all colleagues in exchange. Those willing to swap who accept the offer interactively are automatically suggested to the planner as a replacement. The scheduler approves the shift swap or justifiably refuses.

A notification is sent to all colleagues in the same planning unit/department for whom the desired shift has been planned on the same day. The colleagues who have been asked to swap shifts automatically receive a notification and can then, e.g. B. via ZEUS® mobile, agree to the exchange by selecting "Declare willingness to exchange" directly in the notification.
