A special honour for ISGUS. Headquartered in Villingen-Schwenningen, the company was honoured with the ‘Lea SME Award for Social Responsibility in Baden-Württemberg’ for the thirteenth time. The award recognises ISGUS' sustained commitment to social issues, in particular through the active involvement of its trainees in social projects in the region.
‘Higher, faster, further’ - this is what drives many companies. But if you want to grow in the long term, you must not lose sight of one thing: responsibility for people, employees and society. This attitude is firmly anchored at ISGUS and is practised by our trainees in particular.
Whether at the Vesperkirche, Café Marie or other local social organisations, our trainees are regularly and passionately involved in charitable projects. They donate their time, lend a hand and experience first-hand what it means to take on responsibility.
This commitment is not a duty, but a living corporate culture. The fact that ISGUS has been honoured for the thirteenth time fills us with pride and shows that social responsibility and economic success are not mutually exclusive, but belong together.
The ‘LEA – Performance, Commitment, Recognition’ prize is awarded annually by Caritas, Diakonie and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism and recognises companies that go far beyond their business objectives.
Making a big difference with small gestures - that's what makes the difference. And so we are already looking forward to the next projects in which our trainees will demonstrate this: Responsibility starts small and grows through action.
