One year of the ISGUS Customer Service Portal

For one year now, our customers have been able to use the ISGUS Customer Service Portal as a central point of contact for support requests and questions about ZEUS® and the ZEUS® modules. The portal has quickly established itself as an indispensable platform for fast and transparent customer service.

Digitalisation meets customer focus
With the introduction of the Customer Service Portal, ISGUS pursued the goal of significantly improving service for our customers and speeding up response times. The aim was to make this not only faster, but also more efficient. Thanks to the simple, digital recording of tickets, our customers can now report their concerns at any time, regardless of fixed service hours. Internally, this has also simplified many processes and given our support staff more freedom, which benefits the quality of our customer service.

Impressive figures after one year
The figures and resolved tickets speak for themselves: what is even more remarkable is that 68% of tickets are so-called one-touch tickets – meaning they can be resolved immediately upon first processing. In addition, more than 54% are resolved within 24 hours. This shows how effectively and efficiently our support team works.

In addition, our customers benefit from the ability to view the processing status of their enquiries online at any time. This transparency creates trust and provides assurance that every concern is taken seriously and dealt with promptly.
