Sein Nachfolger Darren Howarth steht bereits seit Mai 2023 in den Startlöchern und übernimmt als Managing Director die Leitung in Großbritannien. Seit 23 Jahren ist Darren im Bereich der Zeitwirtschaft tätig und sammelte zuvor als technischer Berater, Programmierer, Support- und Produktmanager seine Expertise. Zusammen mit dem gesamten Team und der großen ISGUS Familie wird er mit seiner enthusiastischen Art und seiner zupackenden und innovativen Arbeitsweise für das Wachstum unserer britischen Niederlassung verantwortlich sein. Sein Ziel sei es, so Darren, unseren derzeitigen und zukünftigen Kunden auf der Insel einen wirklich guten Service zu bieten, eine gute Arbeitsbeziehung mit dem ISGUS Team zu pflegen und das Unternehmen organisch wachsen zu lassen, indem wir auf die großartige Arbeit von Doug, Andy und dem Team aufbauen. Auf die Frage, wie die Arbeitswelt sich zukünftig wandeln wird und welche Rolle ISGUS in Großbritannien dabei spielt, meint Darren: „Die Nutzer von Workforce Management Systemen erwarten zunehmend, dass sie diese von jedem Ort und von jedem Gerät aus verwalten können. Sie sollen außerdem den Arbeitsaufwand und das Auftreten von Fehlern minimieren.“ Darren begrüßt seine neue Herausforderung: Wir wünschen ihm einen guten Start, ein gutes Händchen, viel Glück und Erfolg und vor allem, viel Spaß in seinem neuen Job. WECHSEL AN DER SPITZE VON ISGUS UK LTD CHANGE AT THE TOP IN ISGUS UK LTD DOUG BODDINGTON, FORMER MANAGING DIRECTOR OF ISGUS UK, IS TAKING HIS WELL-DESERVED RETIREMENT AFTER MANY YEARS OF A FULFILLING AND EXCITING CAREER. His successor, Darren Howarth, has been waiting in the wings since May 2023 to take over as Managing Director in the UK. Darren has already been working in the time management sector for 23 years and previously gained his expertise as a Technical Consultant, Programmer, Support and Product Manager. Together with the whole team and supported by the entire ISGUS family, he will be responsible for the growth of our UK branch with his enthusiastic nature and his hands-on and innovative way of working. His aim, says Darren, is to provide a really good service to our current and future customers on the British Isles, to maintain a good working relationship with the ISGUS Group and to grow the business organically by building on the great work of Doug, Andy and the whole team. When asked about how the world of work will change in the future and ISGUS´ role in the UK, Darren says: “Increasingly, users of workforce management systems expect to be able to manage them from anywhere and from any device. They also want them to minimise workloads and the occurrence of errors.“ Darren welcomes his new challenge: we wish him a smooth start, a good hand, good luck and success and, above all, a lot of fun in his new job.
