ISGUS GmbH was honoured for outstanding social commitment as part of the LEA SME Award. ISGUS was awarded the certificate "Socially Committed 2022" by Caritas, Diakonie and the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Tourism of Baden-Württemberg as part of the SME Award for Social Responsibility in Baden-Württemberg. Since 2007, companies have been honoured for their commitment to transparent and responsible supply chains, regional engagement, climate protection and employee-oriented personnel policies.
In 2022, ISGUS will receive the certificate for the eleventh time as a socially committed company in category III, for companies with between 150 and 500 employees. The regular commitment to the Vesperkirche in Schwenningen, as well as the Pro-Kids Foundation, has been making an important contribution to the welfare of local people for many years.
LEA - Performance, Commitment and Recognition - are the values that are at the centre of the award, for which medium-sized companies from Baden-Württemberg can apply. The high-ranking jury, which is made up of experts from the fields of business, economics and the media, pays particular attention to responsible corporate management in the sense of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). ISGUS is pleased to receive the award again in 2022 and looks forward to participating again in 2023.
